At Track-A-Pitch, we’re committed to providing a seamless and reliable experience when it comes to tracking pitch counts, player stats, and session history. That’s why we want to be transparent about a recent issue that’s affected some of our users on Android devices.
What’s the Issue?
In our most recent Android update, a bug was introduced that prevents Active Sessions from being visible in the mobile app. If you tracked a session and noticed your session isn’t viewable - you’re not alone, and we understand how frustrating that can be.
🔍 Who Is Affected?
This issue only affects Android users using the latest version of the app. iOS users are not impacted.
⚙️ What Caused the Bug?
The bug is tied to a change in how sessions are displayed in the mobile app and synced to your account. In some Android environments, this process isn’t completing correctly, which is why session data appears to be lost.
🛠️ What’s the Fix?
Our development team has already located the issue and is testing a fix that will be included in our next Android release, expected within the next few days.
✅ Temporary Workaround
While we finalize the fix, you can still access and manually update your Active Sessions by logging into the web app at trackapitch.com. Once logged in, start tracking and you will receive the Active Session alert.
