TERMS OF USE / END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

Effective Date: February 16, 2026

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Track-A-Pitch mobile application and web services (the “Service”) operated by weN Door Technology LLC.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the Service under the supervision of a parent, guardian, coach, or authorized organization representative.

If you use the Service on behalf of a team or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to this Agreement.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purposes.

You may not:

• Copy or distribute the software

• Reverse engineer the Service

• Attempt to extract source code

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes

• Resell or commercially exploit the Service without permission

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Maintain account security

• Notify us of unauthorized account activity

4. User Content and Data

Users may enter game statistics, player data, and performance information.

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant weN Door Technology LLC a limited license to store, process, and display that content to operate the Service.

If you enter data related to other individuals, including minors, you represent that you have the appropriate authority or consent to do so.

Track-A-Pitch does not guarantee the accuracy of user-entered statistics or data.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some features may require payment.

Subscriptions are billed through:

• Apple App Store

• Google Play Store

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your app store account settings.

6. Payments

You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes associated with your use of paid features.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, design, trademarks, logos, and content associated with Track-A-Pitch are owned by weN Door Technology LLC.

This Agreement does not grant you ownership rights to the Service.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy:

9. Service Monitoring and Analytics

To maintain and improve the Service, Track-A-Pitch may use analytics and diagnostic technologies that collect information about how users interact with the platform.

These tools may record interactions such as navigation behavior, feature usage, clicks, taps, and other activity within the Service.

Analytics technologies are used solely for product improvement, troubleshooting, and service performance monitoring.

10. Automated Features and AI Output

Certain features may use automated processing or artificial intelligence to generate summaries or insights from user-entered data.

These outputs are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered official or professional analysis.

11. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free performance.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, weN Door Technology LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate this Agreement or misuse the platform.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ends.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
